From initial comprehensive market analysis in appraisal, to providing an excellent "do to list" before putting on the market (and the "if time- less for purchaser to do" list). Nothing was missed. They were available to answer all our questions throughout the whole process. Expectations were kept realistic and when the deadline came, multi offers were presented which resulted than a higher than our initially expected price.
